The design of the interior offers three spacious bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and 1 guest bathroom, a generous lounge with a dining room for friends, and a big kitchen.

The penthouse 401 has a total area of 407.00 square meters (inside area of 128.00 square meters with 99 square meters balconies) and a roof garden of 180.00 square meters. The roof garden can be developed as per the buyers request at an extra cost. There is provision for a swimming pool if required.
